Do you accept Returns & Exchange Items ?
Taste Lady provides returns & exchange for all items, except Sale items (eg : special codes discount), accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
*Sales items may have slight defects/color descrepancies /measurements descrepansie and are strictly not returnable / exchange.
Term & Conditions
- All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (same packaging, unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
- Not applicable for Sale items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.
- Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
- All items must be shipped back to Taste Lady within 7 working days upon item received.

- Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
- We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
- We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
- Refund would only be done as store credit coupon, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
- You will be issued a store credit coupon equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for 90 days. Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.
- Store credit coupon can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 365 days (1 year) from the date of issued.
- Store credit coupon cannot use to pay shipping fees, only can use store credit coupon to buy items.
- All return/exchange request will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items.
- All return & exchange shipping cost will be borne by buyer (West Malaysia RM8/ East Malaysia RM12).
- Return won't be accept if we do not receive RETURN NOTICE/RETURN FORM from Facebook Messenger / Instagram Direct Messege.
- We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn't meet all mentioned conditions.
- All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
What should I do if I received defected / incorrect item?
We apologize if you have received a defected/incorrect item from us.
Customer must make any claims of defects with attachment clear pictures to show, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, and must be shipped back to Taste Lady within 7 working days upon item received. Proof of defect must be verified by Taste Lady Return to be eligible. We cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. It is the responsibility of customer to inspect upon receipt that all products delivered matches its order.
We will do an exchange for the exact same item. Only in the event that the item is Out Of Stock , customer may opt to exchange for another item of the same or higher value (Top-up is required) or a refund.
All merchandises must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact). A written authorization from the Taste Lady must be obtained by the Customer for any returned products. All returns must be made within 7 days upon item received.
Kindly clarify those which are not counted as defect/damage as below:
• Slightly off-line or crochet
• Washed (off, fade, shrink and other issues)
• Stain below 2cm
• Defects caused by vandalism
• Button hole or pocket hole did not open
• Color look different from website

- MUST remark your Facebook Name / Instagram ID Name which you used to contact us to request return items & Invoice Number/ Order ID on a paper/sticky note into your parcel.

After customer service comfirm order is returnable, please follow instruction of customer service provided to shipping the return parcel to our address.
*Please note that we will refuse receive the parcel which NO REMARK FB / IG name & invoice number/order id.
*All items must be shipped back within 7 working days upon item received.
*Please note that return parcels may take up to 7 working days to be processed.
*Exchange & return service only valid in Malaysia.

I found a defect / wrong size on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.
I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).
We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash.
The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ?
Yes. We will return you in Store Credit after received your return parcel. All you need is just purchase an item(s) for the size that you want by using the Store Credit we returned.
Can I visit your shop for the return/exchange ?
Yes. You may drop by our shop to perform the exchange. However, it is subject to stock availability of the item that you wish to exchange, and must be done within 7 working day upon receiving your parcel.
